To be a truly great nation what does political leadership need to do in order to drive the nation economically?  Peter Drucker, the famous management guru in the United States, suggested in his book Management Challenges for the 21st Century, that the key to success for management and leadership is to “starve problems and feed opportunities.”  His central idea is that good leadership will promote opportunities or success while managing the challenges or problems that organizations face.
