Exercise physiologist Karen Nelson is ready to take you to the next level with health and fitness tips in her new blog Kare about Health.

With an advanced degree in physical education (with an emphasis in Kinesiology) and experience that ranges from clinics to personal training, Nelson is just what the doctor ordered.

      Thanks for your thoughts, Marcus. Looks like we are on the same page… except that most of us have no control over who our parents are and I like to focus on things we can do something about!
