Questions, questions, questions!
Thanks everyone for all your suggestions and questions. I actually got quite a few on my personal email. Who knew that people were so shy about their health and fitness issues!
So here are some of the issues I will be addressing in the near future. Please feel free to continue to contribute your thoughts, ideas, suggestions, etc. Especially if one of my blogs creates questions in your mind. I know how that is… but what about??? And how does it do such and such?? Your question is probably in the minds of all 8 of my readers!!

What a great start! There are so many things to talk about I will probably never exhaust them, so it is good to know what my readers want to hear about!
