Don’t Be Absent for Tucson’s First Lunchtime “Food Truck Roll Call”

Hosted by Brookline College on April 19 – located at 5441 E. 22nd Street (just west of Craycroft)
11am – 2pm
Brookline College hosts Tucson’s first “Food Truck Roll Call” as part of the college’s grand re-opening celebration.

Participating Trucks:

  • Jamie’s Bitchen Kitchen
  • Seis Curbside Kitchen
  • Planet of the Crepes
  • Animal Farm – Guerrilla Fine Food
  • Guero Loco’s Bubba-Que
  • Hot Dogs With Heart
  • Street Delights
  • Jones Street Bistro

The event marks the first time the gourmet food trucks have converged for a weekday lunchtime food fest in Tucson. Experience the latest food craze as eight restaurants on wheels roll into the Brookline College parking lot to serve up a variety of gourmet cuisine.

The event is open to the public. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 12:15 p.m. with a donation presentation to a local non-profit organization.

  • April 11: Neighborhood Chef with Jones St. Bistro, Street Delights, and Cyclopsicle, at Ralph’s Service Station at S. 4th Ave/19th St.
  • April 15: Tucson Food Truck Roundup at Bookman’s Event Center, 5120 S. Julian, 11am-3pm, Dust Devil Roller Derby Tournament.
  • April 15: Crossroads Festival, 4811 E. Grant, next to the Grand Cinema Theatres, 4:30-8pm, Arizona International Film Festival Kickoff.

Free to attend Tucson’s most unique underground event.

30+ mobile kitchens from Tucson,. .and Phoenix, will present their latest menus to choose from.

Bar-B-Que, German Food, Mexican Gourmet, grass fed meat hamburgers, salad varieties, Cuban sandwiches, Chinese food, meatball sandwiches, kettle corn varieties, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options

Handmade ice cream, innovative popsicles and frozen pastries, Sonoran hot dogs, cupcakes like you’ve never seen

But,  just come watch Jupiter and Venus chase the sun to the western horizon.

40 tables and over 100 chairs available, but people will think you’re smart if you bring that folding chair with you

Beautiful music by A Son y Sol and Armen Sarrafian.

Live Art Action by David Tineo, Melo Dominguez, and rising star, Marisa Muro

The Roundup Library will make an appearance.

The Great Tucson Iditarod Race prizes will be awarded at 5:30pm.
