Double Check Ranch was recently nominated and then accepted as 1 of 25 small food businesses across the nation to speak at this year’s Slow Money National Gathering in Boulder, Colo.,  April 29-30. They are jazzed about the invitation.

In the interim, Slow Money has set up another opportunity allowing the 25 participants to become Entrepreneur of the Year and win $50,000 courtesy of Mamma Chia.

They need your support by voting online.

There is another week voting which ends April 16 at midnight. If you are already voting, please keep voting! If you are not voting, please consider taking the time to do so.The winner will be determined based on a combination of community engagement and board decision.

You need a Facebook account to vote and you can only vote once ever 24 hours. Please share with your Facebook friends. Double Check Ranch sells grassfed beef at the Sunday farmers market at St. Philips Plaza, the Saturday farmers market in Oro Valley, and at Phoenix farmers markets. Some restaurants also use Double Check meat.

The Schwennesen Family thank you.
