Excellent food list.
Try my Superfood Salad. Recipe is as follows:
1/2 bag fresh carrot/broccoli mix. Can use fresh, but I microwave mine for four minutes because I digest it better cooked.
1 can tuna in water drained.
1 teasp. curry powder.
2 Tablespoons low-fat ranch dressing plus 2 Tablespoons water.
Chop all together and mix. The whole thing is 255 calories and makes an excellent, healthy meal.
I recommending avoiding processed foods and making pretty much all your own foods from healthy ingredients in Method Weight Management, a common sense approach to weight loss - on amazon.
