In the past, we could only get them in California and Las Vegas.  I even tried the “naked” burger once, where the bun is replaced with lettuce leaves, but didn’t like the feeling of the juice trickling down my arm.  I don’t know if they will ever make it to Colorado — where will the criss-crossed palm trees go outside?
