Of course it's the publics fault that this 1-10 project took so long to get off the ground in the first place. At this point if we had approved it when it should have been approved we might have been looking at even more lanes each way. Sadly as much of giant leap of improvement this is going to be over what we had, it's already going to be insufficient for the amount of travelers on the road.
