TucsonCitizen.com site update
The new version of the TucsonCitizen.com will be up Monday morning.
The redesigned site will have improved home page content and navigation and much improved individual blog pages.
Each blogger will be able to customize their blog and add features and functions available to WordPress blogs.
This version of the site is the ground floor of what we hope to be a very tall building of citizen journalist bloggers adding information and perspective about life in Tucson.
Be sure to check back Monday for the new and improved TucsonCitizen.com.

It is an honor to be affiliated with this exciting new enteprise. I am certain this collection of men and women, guided by a dedicated and seasoned editor, Mark Evans, will bring useful and compelling stories to the Tucson readers.

Mark: Sincere thanks to you, Ryn, and your brilliant design and programing team for the preview of the great new site layout. I guess I better write something special for the launch : ) Have a great Fourth and “Burn the British!” (I’m allowed to say that since I grew up in London). Cheers and “see” you all on Monday morning. — LL

I’m also excited to be part of this experiment.
It was sad to see the Tucson Citizen shut down after 139 years, but it’s great to be able to do something to create a 21st century version of the Citizen, keeping the name alive and providing a news and information alternative for the citizens of the Tucson region.
