You know, Peg, this question has bothered me for the longest time too. No matter how often I have asked this question though, I have yet to receive an answer that I can make sense of. It must be one of those unanswerable mysteries of life; the answer known only to those on the right, who are keeping it a closely held secret.

FYI, Bubba: We had a balanced budget before Bush/Cheney spent one trillion dollars on Iraq. Isn’t it interesting how spending money on a stupid war is okay, but spending money on the health and welfare of men, women, and children is terrible, tyranny, and a disaster for the country. While you’re working on your attitude, please get your eyesight checked as well. Your view on the world seems to be warped.

Like I said, Lydia has a great attitude about life. You should try improving your attitude. Anger, hate and fear are hazardous to your health. Having a better attitude would perhaps keep you from falling prey to the fearmongers who spread lies about death panels and the socialist conspiracy.

Hey Doc: According to the new Health Care bill passed by congress, what Lydia needs isn’t AHCCCS, what she really needs is an ‘End of Life Counselor.’
