Therapy dog Meatloaf was dressed as a cowboy.
The fifth annual Howl-oween Babes and PAWS Costume Parade took place last weekend at St. Joseph’s Hospital. About 15 therapy dogs and 35 children of staff members paraded around the hospital and gave out candy to staff and patients Saturday.
