A free diabetes fair and symposium is set for Jan. 12 and 13 at El Pueblo Neighborhood Center, 101 W. Irvington Road.

A health fair sponsored by the American Diabetes Association will begin at 3 p.m. Jan. 12.

America Bracho, a health advocate from Latino Health Access in Santa Ana, Calif., will speak at 9:15 a.m. on Jan. 13.

The two-day event, sponsored in part by the University of Arizona Zuckerman College of Public Health, will include sessions on nutrition and physical activity.
