The Secretary of State’s Office says any registered voter can request an early ballot by telephone, mail or fax, and in some cases online, until 5 p.m. on Oct. 24.
The office says completed ballots must be received by county recorders by 7 p.m. on election day, or they can be dropped off at any polling place in the voter’s county of residence before the polls close on Nov. 4.
