Brent E. Majors, unlawful possession of a drug paraphernalia, six days in jail with a credit of two days for time served followed by three years probation, fined $1,590, Judge Howard Hantman.

David Manriquez-Valencia, violation of probation for solicitation to unlawful possession of marijuana, 90 days in jail, probation extended until Jan. 1, 2000, Judge Raner C. Collins.

Michael Carlos Mendez, attempted fleeing from a law enforcement vehicle, two years probation, Judge John E. Davis.

Robert Fuentes Mendoza, attempted unlawful possession of marijuana for sale having a weight of under one pound, three years probation, fined $1,400, Judge Cindy Jorgenson.

Alejandro Miranda-Cota, unlawful possession of marijuana having a weight of at least two pounds but less than four pounds, .75 years in prison with a credit of 73 days for time served followed by community supervision of one day for every seven days of sentence, fined $3,750, Judge Michael Alfred.

Andrew Flores Moran, endangerment, two years probation, Judge John S. Leonardo.

Shaboyea U. Moore, solicitation to unlawful possession of a narcotic drug – cocaine, three years probation, fined $3,140, Judge Howard Hantman.

Rosa Armida Moreno, aggravated driving under the influence while license is suspended, revoked or in violation of a restriction, four months in prison with a credit of nine days for time served followed by four years probation and 85 hours community service, Judge John E. Davis.

Frank Canez Munoz, aggravated driving under the influence while license is suspended, revoked or in violation of a restriction, four months in prison with a credit of 27 days for time served followed by four years probation and 85 hours community service, Judge John E. Lindberg.

Rudy Salazar Olea, two counts attempted molestation of a child, 10 years in prison with a credit of 90 days for time served followed by 10 years probation with up to 90 days on electronic monitoring, fined $200, Judge Leslie Miller.

Cynthia Lee Poppe, violation of probation for solicitation to possess a narcotic drug – cocaine, 1 1/2 years in prison, Judge Gordon T. Alley.

Jose Paulino Ramon Preito, aggravated driving while under the influence of liquor, drugs, vapor releasing substances or any combination with two or more prior driving under the influence convictions, aggravated driving with an alcohol concentration of .10 or more with two or more prior driving under the influence convictions, criminal damage in an amount of more than $250 but less than $2,000, six months in prison with a credit of 96 days for time served followed by three years probation and 85 hours community service, fined $685.39, Judge Michael Alfred.

Jess Efren Lopez, solicitation to unlawfully possess a narcotic drug (cocaine), three years probation with up to 90 days on electronic monitoring and 85 hours community service, fined $3,140, Judge Leslie Miller.

Richard Pesquera Abril, aggravated driving under the influence while license is suspended, revoked or in violation of a restriction, four months in prison followed by three years probation and 85 hours community service, Judge John E. Lindberg.
