DASCOLI, Ralph A., 72 years old, died June 26, 1997, Thursday, in Tucson. Survived by wife, Jean Dascoli of Tucson; two sons, Michael (Valerie) Dascoli of Dallas, TX, Frank Dascoli of Tucson; four daughters, Rose Cunningham of Tucson, Jeanette (Ron) Figueroa, Louise (Rick) Monje, Mary Watson, all of Tucson; seven grandchildren. Beloved husband, father and grandfather. Member of Knights of Columbus Council 1200. Mass for Mr. Dascoli will be said at 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 30, 1997 at St. Ambrose Church, 300 S. Tucson Blvd., with burial to follow at Holy Hope Cemetery. Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, June 29, 1997 at WOLFREY PEACE CHAPEL, 5225 E. Speedway, where Rosary Services will be said at 7:00 p.m.

FERENTZ, Judd V., 74, of Tucson, died June 26, 1997. He is survived by wife, Natalie Ferentz; his son, Alan Ferentz of Ventura, CA; one sister; several nieces and nephews. Memorial Service, Sunday, 1:00 p.m., EVERGREEN MORTUARY, Rabbi Joseph S. Weizenbaum, Congregation Ner Tamid, officiating. FRENCH, Elsa Dorothea, 88, died June 26, 1997. Burial will be in Massachusetts. Arrangements by BRING’S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway.

GOMEZ, Benjamin ”Bennie”, 49, of Tucson went to be with the Lord Wednesday, June 25, 1997. Benjamin is survived by his wife, Maria; parents, Victor and Mary Fimbres; son, Roman (Ivonne) Gomez; daughters,Veronica, Susanna and Ana Maria Gomez; brothers, Gilbert (Delila), Victor (Grace) and Bill (Georgia) Fimbres; sister, Sandra Fimbres; grandsons, Roman Jr. and Benjamin, all of Tucson. Benjamin served honorably with the Marine Corp in Vietnam for three years and was also an active member of the Spanish Church of God for 16 years. Funeral Services, 6:00 p.m., Sunday, June 29, 1997 at SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY CHAPEL, 5401 S. Park Ave., with Reverend Angel Tejada of The Spanish Church of God officiating. Monday, June 30, 1997 at 8:30 a.m., there will also be a Service before burial at South Lawn Cemetery. Arrangements by SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY.

LABAHN, Jeffrey Jay, 43, of Tucson passed away June 25, 1997. He was born in Davenport, Iowa, came to Tucson in 1955, and graduated from Santa Rita High School in 1972. He is survived by loving parents, Ronald and Helen Labahn, brother Tom Labahn, sisters Linda Lentini and Beverly Kinter, as well as five nieces and one nephew. At Jeffrey’s request, no services will be held. Arrangements by HUDGEL SWAN Funeral Home.

LORENZ, Jess, 64, of Tucson, died June 26, 1997. Survived by wife, Marie of Tucson; son, Oliver (Kathy) of Texas; daughter,Donna (Michael Keating) Lorenz of California; two brothers; one sister; grandson,Brian Sutton; stepmother, Stacy Lorenz of California. Services will be held at the Graveside in Evergreen Cemetery, 11:00 a.m., Monday (use the Ft. Lowell Rd. entrance). Services conducted by VALLEY FUNERAL HOME, 2545 N. Tucson Blvd. (327-6341).

MADRID, Nestor R., 81, who was born in Tucson, died June 23, 1997. He is survived by nephews, Abelardo Pajarito, Celestino Pajarito, Francisco Jaimez and Ignacio Jaimez; nieces, Rosita Cruz and Rosario Jaimez as well as many other family members and friends. Friends may call beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 29, 1997 at Cristo Rey Church, 4821 W. Calle Vicam. Mass will be said at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 30, 1997. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvario Cemetery. Arrangements by HEATHER MORTUARY, 1040 N. Columbus Blvd.

O’HARA, Mary Grace, died June 25, 1997. She was born December 15, 1918 in Hazelton, PA to parents, Edward Joseph and Rebecca Gittens. She was preceded in death by parents and brother, William J. O’Hara. She is survived by nieces, Mary A. O’Hara and Elizabeth ”Betty” Davis and nephew, Charles O’Hara, all from Maryland. She obtained a Bachelors of Science degree from Georgia State College for Women and a Masters degree from Tulane University. She was a social worker for the State of New Mexico, living in Roswell, NM before coming to Tucson in 1961 where she was a social worker for TUSD until retirement. She was a member of National Association for the Social Worker, Altrusa International of Tucson, and Pima County Retired Teachers Association. As a volunteer for several years, she delivered meals for the Meals on Wheels Program in Tucson. Funeral Services will be held at SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Monday, June 30, 1997 at 10:00 a.m. Herfinal resting place will be in Millersville, MD. Local arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel.

PERDOMO, Deanna Rene, died June 27, 1997. Arrangements by BRING’S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway.

SCHEFFER, Katherine, 79, died June 26, 1997. Mother of Fran Fusco of Tucson; sister of Elizabeth Peterson of Tucson; aunt of Cheryl Rudiger of New Jersey and Joseph Peterson of Oregon. Mass will be offered 9:00 a.m., Monday, June 30, 1997 at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church, 1375 S. Camino Seco, with Father Robert Tomminga officiating. Interment to follow at TMP East Lawn. Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, June 29, 1997 at BRING’S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway. Contributions to the American Heart Association, 5325 E.
