		<description><![CDATA[Too bad the photo is so small.  Blowing it up helps a bit, but is hardly conclusive.  I assume the &quot;lady&quot; they mean is the one marked by the white arrow.  Were she a ghost for such an old structure, it would be a bit disappointing as her garb certainly looks modern, although there is something odd about the left shoulder of the jacket, almost as if it has a drooping epaulette on it (the round object).  It would be nice to find an original version of the photograph, there might be more detail in it.]]></description>
