Is it a UFO? Well, if it is unidentified and it is flying and it is object – Yes!

by on Oct. 04, 2010, under UFOs

An MSNBC video posted today has an odd description, followed by a question:

“Video shows an unidentified flying object whiz across the sky in England. Is it a UFO?”

Origin of the object aside…if the video shows an “unidentified flying object” and no one can identify the said object, then what else would you call it? In my experience, I would say that yes, it is a UFO.

Remember, UFOs don’t necessarily mean that the object originated from outer space.

Take a look and judge for yourself at MSNBC’s website. The video is a short interview with a man from the UK who captured the object on video. The interview took place earlier today on the Today show.

The only reason we care about UFO’s is the chance that they may be aliens from space. If some drunk 80 yr old in Three Points thinks he sees a spaceship and its an F-16 from the Air National Guard then its not news.

Honestly, I’d be interested if they were from outer space, from the center of the earth, from the depths of the ocean, or our own Air Force. I was particularly interested in the Today Show’s reporting on this. They reported due to the high interest in the subject, but it is very awkward reporting. Particularly the question posed by the journalist: “How strongly do you feel this is an extraterrestrial sighting?”

Thanks for answering. I think that 90% of Americans have no idea what kind of aircraft they are looking at when they see it. Put it at night and the % goes way up.
As for me UFO’s are only important if they are from space. Anything else is fluff. Thats just me.
I have not had the chance to look up the source about the “aliens” being robots in the “UFO’s”.

I was intrigued by “In Search of..” back in the 70′s. Anything unexplained intrigues me. With that, I’ve contemplated different theories to try to understand UFO/UAP and other  phenomena. If I saw something, I’d  take a video of it…Surprised that didn’t appear to happen here in Tucson on 9/23…The video posted, unfortunately, was taken by someone who was unaware of the mass sighting taking place of something else…
