Having studied Leslie Kean’s book on UFOs, I believe you are on to something.  Aliens are making contact with people of diverse nations,  personalities.  Our planet calls them military leaders and mystics.  They study us as a whole, know what is happening to Earth because of  technological advances.  They are concerned that we don’t break through energy fields holding the galaxies together with our weaponry and warlike ways.  They don’t want us to blow our species on Earth back into yet another primitive age.  Their ‘no contact’ rules are gradually being torn away by our primitive societal structures coupled with advanced weaponry.  Has it occurred to our warring planetary leaders that blowing ourselves to kingdom come may create energy consequences in the Universe?  How do we know that our weapons, including hydrogen bombs, might implode the Milky Way into Andromeda, from where some of our ‘friends’ may be traveling through worm holes in the ‘matrix’ into our Galaxy.  Don’t think for a second that the U.S., her allies haven’t been frantically covering up because they know we are technologically inferior to our friends, who are refusing to have intelligent discourse with war lords and the elite.  They see warlords ruling the slave class.  Some of them are obviously peaceful in intent.  Some might desire to exploit us. Thankfully, they are in league.  Somewhere in our solar system there are mother ships from other planetary systems and galaxies cloaking themselves and sending study teams in smaller craft.  They reveal themselves to our leaders in shows of power over nuclear sites or urban centers.  They warn us.  If a clammy finger tries to start world war III, they will act. Look for a moment at what China (warlords) did to Tibet (spiritual human beings with no standing army).  If you were an alien with advanced technological and moral ways, would you let China know they are being watched? Now observe the U.S.  Native Americans trapped on impoverished reservations for over a hundred years, Japanese immigrants incarcerated during world war II, the treatment of Blacks and Hispanics, violence breaking out towards the unborn and others, arsenals full of chemicals and weaponry capable of killing the planet ten times over… What would you do if you were an alien with a no contact directive on a mother ship, working behind the scenes to study and protect our species on Earth?  In Montana, where I live (vast wilderness with around 900,000 humans), alien spacecraft have temporarily shut down two missile sights approximately at Great Falls and Belt (1967).  Animal mutilations (genetic material acquisitions) are ongoing.  UFOs have been observed flying over our wheat growing belts and other farming, ranching areas and over the Missouri River too multiple to reiterate.  Citizens, law enforcement and pilots have made reports to our governing elite, only to be treated like lunatics. Some (myself included, 1997) have been abducted for human brain capacity  research and other biological research, and set free unharmed.  What has happened recently concerning Montana?
