Pima County, Ariz. – On Sunday, June 19, 2011, at 11 p.m., the Pima County Department of Transportation and the Ashton Company will close southbound lanes on La Cholla Boulevard between Magee Road and Foothills Mall Drive.

All traffic will be shifted to the northbound lanes, with one travel lane open in each direction.

These restrictions will remain in effect until fall of 2011.

All southbound traffic will move to the northbound lanes just north of eastbound Magee Road. Motorists will be moved back onto southbound travel lanes just north of Foothills Mall Drive.
The closure will slow travel in the area and cause extensive delays.
All businesses will be accessible during construction. One driveway into Foothills Mall just north of the Fox and the Hound Restaurant will not be accessible, however.
