TUCSON, ARIZONA, APRIL 25, 2012 – National award-winning Oro Valley author, D. R. Wise, will be interviewed on KGUN 9’s “The Morning Blend” show as an invited guest Friday, May 4, 2012. The ABC show airs weekday mornings from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The next day, Saturday, May 5, 2012, at 2:00 PM, Wise will offer a reading of her book “The Dreamzappers” at Barnes & Noble, 5130 East Broadway, Tucson, AZ 85711. She will follow with a signing of that book and her other book “The Fine Arts of Life”.

These two books are the beginning of the D. R. Wise Books series of “Gift Books with a Positive Punch!”. The series will be a matching collection of inspirational books that relay positive life messages to the reader or to give as gifts. The books are especially apropos for high school or college graduates who are embarking on new journeys into the real world. The books also send powerful messages to others who are starting the path to a new goal or who feel stymied by dead ends in their lives. In this respect, the books can be a great gift for Mothers Day.

Both books have been awarded five national awards, in the gift book category, between the two of them.
