at The Mountain Oyster Club
WHO: The Mountain Oyster Club

WHAT: The 43rd Annual Western Art Show, one of the oldest, largest and best-known contemporary western art shows in the country. For 43 years both emerging and established western artists have shown their works in the historic setting of the Mountain Oyster Club. Each year there are approximately 200 artist participants representing over 400 works seen by the public for the very first time. All displayed artwork will be available for purchase.

WHEN: Sunday, November 18, 2012, 3:00-5:00 p.m.

Admission to the show is $50 per person and advance reservations are required. Invitations and tickets may be requested by calling (520) 792-0319 or emailing Art@MountainOysterClub.com. The event sells out and early registration is necessary.

The Mountain Oyster Club is one of the most historic clubs in Southern Arizona. Originated in 1948, a group of six men created the club as a place where they could feel at home in their boots and jeans. Today the club has attracted a colorful array of Westerners, and is best known for the fine Western art and Southwestern hospitality.
