I Know Wireless has been the recipient from Verizon Wireless for Best Customer Experience Award. The award was for the Southwest region covering over 100 Verizon authorized dealers throughout Arizona and New Mexico.

I Know Wireless has been in business for ten years and is locally owned by Brian Mitchell and Ted Doe who have over 25 years each in the wireless industry. The company operates four stores in the Tucson area.
