Natasha Korshak is a long time teacher of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness and has a private practice in mind/body training and spiritual direction.
Dr. Teri Davis lectures locally on the neuro-anatomy of mindfulness and is the founder of the Mindful Veterans Project.
They have both completed professional training at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Societyat the University of Massachusetts Medical School, which developed and researches the MBSR methodology.
