– Primavera Online High School is offering FREE summer school courses for students looking to make up credits or get ahead. Courses are four or six weeks long, 100% online and tuition free. Students can attend from the comfort of their own home and access their courses any time of day, while still having fun this summer.
Three separate sessions are offered and provide students across the state an alternative option for completing the courses they need in order to move them towards graduation.
Summer School 2013 Block Schedule:
Session 1 (six weeks)
May 13 – June 21
1 or 2 classes allowed
Session 2 (four weeks)
May 28 – June 21
1 class allowed
Session 3 (four weeks)
July 1 – July 26
1 class allowed
Since Primavera is NCA-accredited and fully aligned to state standards, students can transfer their completed summer school credits to another school per Arizona revised statute (A.R.S. §15701.01(I)). Primavera offers a rigorous curriculum taught by certified faculty members who are committed to helping each student succeed, and is NCAA-approved, which also permits future collegiate athletes to use Primavera credits towards their entrance program.
Primavera Online High School is the largest high school in the state of Arizona, serving thousands of 9-12 grade students, since opening its doors in 2001. Primavera Online Middle School serves 6-8 grade students across the state of Arizona. As a tuition-free public charter school, Primavera’s NCA-accredited program provides a rigorous and personalized curriculum in a highly interactive learning community. Students complete all coursework online, while receiving one-on-one attention from highly qualified, Arizona certified teachers, guidance counselors, student advisers, and support staff. Classes are complemented with a variety of extracurricular activities, special events, and parent engagement opportunities to prepare students for their future.
