The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Gears Up for the 15th Annual Light The Night Walk – October 5
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society – Arizona Chapter
Light The Night Walk – An estimated 2,000 participants are expected to attend and will be holding illuminated balloons as either supporters survivors, or in honor of lives lost. The need is critical as an estimated 20,900 Arizonans are battling blood cancers and an additional 2,000 are newly diagnosed each year. Last year, Light The Night Walk held across North America and Canada raised over $55 million and the Tucson Walk raised $163,000.
All funds raised will be given to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and will help to find a cure for cancer.

Light The Night Walk celebrates and commemorates all lives touched by blood cancer. An estimated 5,000 participants will gather to truly light the night in hope, carrying illuminated balloons: red for supporters, white for survivors and gold in honor of lives lost. This evening event includes a fantastic kids’ one,RemembranceCeremony andSurvivor Parade, live music, food and fireworks. It welcomes hope-filled hearts of all ages.
