Tucson Speedway Heroes and Horse Power Racing Presented by Larry Miller Dodge
Begins at 2pm Saturday Afternoon Racing
Tucson, AZ-(by Keith Ames) Super Late Models, Late Models, Southwest Orthopaedic Surgery Specialists Modified, Pro Stocks, Bombers, Mighty Compacts and Hornets will compete at the “Action Track Built for Speed!” Free Admission to all Military, National Guard, Border Patrol, Police & Fire on Saturday November 16th. The University of Arizona USAF ROTC will be the color guard this week and the trophy girls are from TUCSON MODEL MAGAZINE.
Race fans there will be a radio controlled car booth on the concourse displayed by Ace Hardware and a jump of the track race car by a RC car during the meet and greet just before the racing action begins. There will be an opportunity for a fan to have an exciting ride in the track 2 seater race car and give-a-way certificates throughout the afternoon from the Silver Saddle Steak House and from the Hot Rod Café. Fans always enjoy free wi-fi and in real time ,texting messages to the announcer throughout the event.
Experience stock car racing at over 100 mph, great food and Ice Cold Beverages. With the evenings getting colder, Tucson Speedway is racing at 2pm! Pit gate opens at 9:30, front gates open at noon, qualifying starts at 12:45 and Racing starts at 2:00.
Tucson Speedway, “The Action Track Built for Speed”, is a great night of affordable family entertainment. Adults $12, Senior & Military $10, Young Adults 11-16 $6, children under 11 years of age free. Save $12 on the SPECIAL Family package of 2 Adults and 2 Children Only $ 25.
Take I-10 Rita Road Exit 273 South. Turn left at Rocket Strave and follow the directions to the track located at 11955 S Harrison.
