Sawyer Gargulinski is king of the heap in Ryn Gargulinski’s household, despite repeated attempts to quash him down to pauper status. His Southern Oregon Humane Society papers say he’s a Collie mix, but we’re inclined to think he’s a Belgian Tervurin.

• Water

• Treats

• Eating cucumbers

• More treats

He doesn’t like:

• Garage doors

• Hats and boots

Quirks:

• Dunks paws in water bucket and bowls, splashing water hopelessly around the home and yard

• Throws pillows all over the floor

• Wails and sings when he hears a siren

• Chews his feet

• Howls on cue
