		<description><![CDATA[Politics aside, mobile apps are a great way to get your message out. With 1/3 of U.S. adults using smartphones and mobile app usage outpacing web usage, there will be a time when there is an app for just about everyone and everything. 

Funny thing though, I was unable to find congress members with iConstituent apps in the Android Market. I guess iConstituent only builds apps for iPhone users.]]></description>
