Citizen Zombie?

I had this Citizen obit site sent my way, and I’m sure it is old news to some, but I thought the employee cathartic process of the content was interesting.
And if nothing else, I think we can all connect with the real human emotions of job loss.
Job dissatisfaction is the stuff of song.
The stuff of movies.
And so on.
Thoughts?

This witty “obit” reminds me of the Pete Seeger song “Where have all the flowers gone?” Where have all the Citizen staffers gone?

that is a GREAT question carolyn.
any former citizen journalists out there willing to offer updates?
a few diaspora updates about making a go of it in these strange economic/ news job times?

not really sure how to answer that question.
about as real as anything on the web i suppose.
so caveat emptor as with anything cyber.
seems to be created by former citizen staff.
hard to say. not sure what other motivation might be.
not like the citizen (paper version) is an issue for anyone other than journalists at this point (and readers who miss it).
seems like a healthy form of black humor mourning to me…
