Anita Moorjani

The public is invited to see Anita Moorjani speak about her near-death experience and cure from terminal cancer that astounded the medical profession around the world. This lecture by Mrs. Moorjani is part of a series of NDE presentations by the Tucson chapter of IANDS (International Association for Near Death Studies).

The presentation will take place at the Jewish Community Center in Tucson this Thursday, March 21 at 6:30 PM.  The audience will be totally amazed to hear from someone that was in the final days of life in a condition hard to comprehend.  After her Near-Death Experience she became completely cured and testifies that there is life after death.

In April 2002, Anita Moorjani was diagnosed with lymphoma and for four years struggled to fight the disease by exploring many potential cures. Some worked for a short while but eventually her organs started shutting down.  After a few years at Stage 4b, her body stopped absorbing nutrients and her muscles wasted away until she could not walk and was wheel chair bound.  Her head hung from her neck like an oversized bowling ball and she could not breathe without a portable oxygen tank that never left her side.  Her husband stayed awake to make sure she did not stop breathing during the night.

During what was thought to be her final days alive she was rushed to the hospital. She had tumors the size of lemons throughout her lymphatic system from the base of her skull to below her abdomen. Her brain was filled with fluid as were her lungs. Her skin had developed lesions that were weeping with toxins. The doctors informed her family members that she would not be alive much longer after she dropped into a coma for over 30 hours. This is when she had her near-death experience that transformed her life forever.

When she came back to conscientiousness, she knew she would be healthy again. Within two weeks the doctors let her leave the hospital as she was totally cured with no evidence of cancer in her body. Medical professionals are astounded by this miraculous recovery.

Anita Moorjani was born in Singapore of Hindu parents from India, moved to Hong Kong at the age of two, and has lived in Hong Kong most of her life. As a result of her near-death experience, Anita speaks at conferences and events around the globe to share her insights.  This is a unique opportunity for Tucsonans to hear of her amazing recovery and to hear the “why” she feels that she developed the cancer.

Her fascinating and moving near-death experience in early 2006 tremendously changed her perspective on life, and her work is now ingrained with the deep insights she gained while in the other realm. She shares much of her personal story and transformation in her bestselling book: Dying To Be Me: My Journey from Cancer, to Near Death, to True Healing.

This is a rare event for Tucson to have an opportunity to hear this extraordinary story from someone that faced death and experienced the knowledge there is life after death. Anita Moorjani will be available for book signings after the talk.
