“Jan Brewer Facts” website launches, surges in popularity

Satirical site allows users to submit, vote on best Jan Brewer facts

After the initial Facebook page titled “Jan Brewer Facts” exploded with over 1000 fans in just three days, JanBrewerFacts.com has been launched.

The site uses satire to make Jan Brewer seem larger than life, in the vein of the popular Chuck Norris internet jokes. It allows users to submit their own Jan Brewer “facts” and vote on the ones they like best. The most popular facts go to the top of the front page.

One of the page’s facts says, “Jan Brewer taught Chuck Norris how to do a roundhouse kick,” while another one warns, “Jan Brewer is a lover, not a fighter. But she has a black belt in five different martial arts. So don’t get any ideas.”

In fact, Jan Brewer is so notorious that, “Sharks have a week dedicated to Jan Brewer.”

The Facebook page became a quick phenomenon in Arizona, and the website will be no different.
