Enrollment of Latinos and non-Latinos in MAS classes: an average of 412 Latinos have enrolled in at least one MAS class per semester since 2000-01 school year. Over the 10-year period, 8656 Latino students and 1107 students of other ethnicities/races took at least one MAS class. Currently, 32,000 Latino students are enrolled in TUSD.

Hannley holds a masters’ degree in public health from The University of Arizona and a bachelors’ degree in journalism from The Ohio State University. She is a native of Amherst, Ohio but has lived in Tucson since 1981.
