Tucson Real Estate Buzz

by on Mar. 03, 2010, under Life

The Tucson Real Estate Buzz begins today with a brief overview of my plans for the site.  My goal within this site will be to make this your site for local real estate information including:  addressing each of your real estate Questions, Answers and Comments.   Most of us are concerned with our local situation so I will place an emphasis towards the greater Tucson Metropolitan Market.

As a broker and owner of Dorado Realty, I represent clients who are buyers and sellers of residential properties, commercial locations and who involved with land acquisitions.  At Dorado Realty, we also represent buyers and sellers of businesses without real estate, providing services as a Business Broker throughout Arizona.

The entrepreneurial spirit reigns supreme in Tucson as I meet many small business owners as well as others who plan to begin their first experience as a business owner.  Tucson is a wonderful community to live and a great place to become established as a business owner.

You are invited to ask any real estate related question you may have and encouraged to comment on each of the postings or comments from others.

Watch for my next publication with an overview of the residential market here in southern Arizona and my thoughts on where we are headed.

This is your site so lets work together to make it a great resource for all who read and post.

Probably I should make this very clear from the start.  I have absolutely no tolerance or patience for anyone attempting to insult or disrespect any one who is posting to this site.  You will become part of my magic show . . .poof . . . you will disappear.

Just keep it clean and respectful . . . and we will get to where we are supposed to be.

Welcome Keith.  I too have been in real estate since 1978. What a wonderful ride eh?

Hello Mike . . . I began my Real Estate experience in Toledo, Ohio with a company known as Village Realty and that was in 1972.   We sure have seen many changes over the years especially with the paperwork.  Do you remember when properties were in a bi monthly publication?

With the technological changes since then, current information is readily available through MLS Providers.   Do you think in another 40 years, perhaps there may be a  ” chip implant” providing Brokers and agents with instant recall of all data?
What types of information, data, editorials, etc. would you like to see within this blog?

I have just received a neat newspaper type publication that I think anyone involved in real estate should see.  It is called AppraisalPress and is available from http://appraisalpress.com.  It has timely information on how the HVCC had affected our real estate profession.

I can not make it that fast, but I can help you fix <a rel=’dofollow’ href=”http://startup-slow.com/the-procedures-of-removing-startup-programs.html” title=”remove startup programs”>remove startup programs</a>.First step to fix Windows XP slow startup is to find out what programs are loading when you slow startup Windows XP. To do this click start, run, then type in msconfig and hit enter. Look at the Boot.ini tab. In the box labeled Timeout change the time from the default 30 to 3. This changes how long it waits to before booting. If your pc has already been aged, don’t consider now it has to end up being replaced right away. You will see several things which can be done that can help boost <a rel=’dofollow’ href=”http://startup-slow.com/guide-to-fix-windows-xp-startup-slow.html” title=”windows xp slow startup”>windows xp slow startup</a>.Time period is a essential aspect to consider whenever startup your comuter. It all should only need near 5 minutes to slow startup. If it normally takes too much time, you must look for methods to cleanup, repair and also maintain your computer.

What happened to this blog? As a real estate investor who recently moved to Tucson, I am keenly interested in the real estate market here and would love to see this blog be active. Maybe I’m not looking in the right place but this post is all I see. Dang.
