They still are.  It’s psychopaths like Michael Vick who tried to create a strain of super pitbull to use for fighting.  One of the reason so many dogs were killed at Bad News Kennels is that the vast majority of them were reluctant fighters.   Those dogs were put to death by Vick or one of his thug, scumbag friends or relatives.

I personally would never live with another breed of dog.  I currently companion a pit/beagle mix and she is far and away the sweetest, most loving, loyal, comical dog I have ever known.  She thinks she’s a lapdog, runs like a deer, smiles like a beautiful and happy child, and she loves kids.  I don’t know too many people with anywhere near those numbers of attributes.

We need to break up dogfighting rings through whatever means necessary, including  force.  People running a kennel of fighting dogs need to be imprisoned for life with no chance of parole.  Anybody caught in attendance at a dog fight should get 20 years without a chance of parole.

Pitbulls are the most recent victim of a lazy, ignorant, and bitter population of humans on this earth.   Let these losers rot.  Pitbulls deserve better.

They feed them gunpowder, they abuse them so the animal by starvation most times, these “humans?” keep duch defenseless animals continually penned up in confined places, and these humans beat the dogs until any dog or animal needs to defend itself…

Real animal lovers are not such people and pit bulls are not the Hounds of Hell…

The so-called pit bull, by nature, is very sweet tempered, playful, but strong, NOT VICIOUS, canine who have enormous strength… Any dog can be made vicious if it is tormented and live in fear…

For a rare few dogs of this breed that have been condemned for aggressive acts, look into said dogs living conditions and their “masters”… I said “masters” specifically cause such humans want to abuse everything in their path and demand control… So the small minds of uneducated people are out to condemn this entire breed… Get an real education folks, stop condemning by what you read periodically and is exploited in print or listening to folks who are passing heresay…
