		<description><![CDATA[&lt;strong&gt;That damned cardiomyopathy.  That is what took Chance (Picture, Part 2) this past January - and 7 of our 8 dobie kids before him.  They can make them big, they can make them strong, but they just can&#039;t seem to put a good working heart in them (maybe it&#039;s because they all have hearts of gold).  You know they have the affliction and you think you&#039;re prepared for it - but you never are.&lt;/strong&gt;]]></description>
