Win money for the shelter or rescue where you got your dog from + a gift certificate to Fuzzy Nation

Fuzzy Nation is looking for their next Super Model!

The contest started July 11 and runs until August 1, so you still have plenty of time to enter by submitting a photo of your adopted dog along with their adoption story to the Fuzzy Nation contest app on the Fuzzy Nation Facebook page.

Submissions will be reviewed by Petfinder.com Foundation and Fuzzy Nation and the top 50 stories will be chosen, based on:

(1) the eligibility of the shelter where the dog was adopted (must be a Petfinder.com member shelter in the US in good standing)

and

(2) the quality and uniqueness of the story

From August 5 – 21, users may vote for their favorite of the top 50, once a day. On August 22, the top 3 winners will be announced and prizes will be awarded as follows:

GRAND PRIZE: $10,000 to the shelter where the dog was adopted, a custom Fuzzy Nation bag made to resemble the winner’s dog, and a $300 gift card to Fuzzy Nation.

SECOND PRIZE: $3,000 to the shelter or rescue where the dog was adopted and a $100 gift certificate to FuzzyNation.

THIRD PRIZE: $1,000 to the shelter or rescue where your dog was adopted and a $50 gift certificate to FuzzyNation.

Key Dates for Messaging:

1. July 11: Fuzzy Nation “Super Model” app launches
2. August 1: end of submissions
3. August 5: voting starts
4. August 21: last day of voting
5. August 22: winners announced
