Trixie is ready for her forever home

Trixie says: Adopt Me!

Appeal from HOPE Animal Shelter Executive Director Susan Scherl:

We have very little money in the bank.

Yes, it is affecting everyone…even the critters. I know we are all suffering from the woes of the country’s financial state. I know this is a difficult time to give but it is desperation time for HOPE Animal Shelter. We are in a crisis. There is very little money left in our accounts and despite the fact that we have cut down on expenses we are finding it more difficult to stretch what we have. Veterinary expenses have skyrocketed. When you commit to the no-kill philosophy, your medical costs can be very high. HOPE does whatever it needs to keep our animals happy and healthy.

Please donate what you can…every little (and big) bit helps. There are many ways to donate. You can click the Donate Now , send a check, or call with your credit card information.

Your generosity in the past has helped us through some trying times. I hope you will help again.
Thank you.

Gratefully yours,

Susan Scherl
Executive Director

(Photo is courtesy of HOPE Animal Shelter – Trixie is currently available for adoption. She adores people, and gets along with other dogs and cats. She has a “juvenile cataract” on one eye and will need eye drops 3 days a week for the rest of her life. The other thing she needs is a home to call her own. With you?)
