Has dogs too!
Ginger is a young dog who would like to find a loving home where she’ll get the attention she deserves. She is well behaved, but does not get along with cats. Ginger is playful, as you can see in this short video.
Hannah is a very pretty and affectionate tabby cat who was returned to Casa de los Gatos after her owner was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Hannah loves attention but isn’t fond of being picked up.
You can meet Ginger and Hannah on Friday or Saturday afternoons at 3261 N. Flanwill Blvd.
HUMANE SOCIETY SOUTHERN ARIZONA
Bella – #711033 – 3 Years Old – Terrier Mix – Female
BFF at your service! Sweet Bella can be a little timid in new situations but bonds very quickly to a person after just a few hours. Surrendered to the Humane Society of Southern Arizona when her lifelong family moved away, Bella is now looking for a stable and mellow home where she can let her guard down and be your devoted sidekick. Great with other respectful dogs and cats as well as gentle, older children, Bella is the perfect family companion. As a Hidden Gem, Bella spends her time in staff offices (and laps!). If you would like to meet this delightful girl, please visit the HSSA today!
Jewel – #711252 – 2.5 Years Old – Domestic Short Hair – Female
Blossom – #711257 – 1.5 Years Old – Siamese Mix – Female
Displaced after a fire destroyed their home earlier this week, Jewel and Blossom are lucky to be alive and happy to have each other. Even after numerous baths, their once white markings are still grey with soot. Fortunately, their lungs seem to be doing remarkably well despite smoke inhalation. Understandably, these devastated sisters are still a little shaken up from the traumatic ordeal. Now all they want is a fresh start. Litter box trained, de-clawed (Jewel), and great with gentle children and other respectful pets, Jewel and Blossom would make a wonderful addition to your loving family. Won’t you please be the one to give these deserving kitties the care and comfort they need?
Sophie – #710377 – 10 Months Old – Pit Bull Mix – Female
Santa Paws is coming soon and Sophie thinks that you can never have too many toys! This fun-loving girl will play fetch for as long as you’re willing and then gleefully race around the yard for a final victory lap. Excited, inquisitive and constantly in motion, Sophie has a contagious sense of adventure and so much joy to share. Crate trained, house trained and great with other dogs, cats and kids who can tolerate her enthusiasm, Sophie would do best with an active family. Won’t you be the one to make a huge difference in the life of this deserving pup?
