Black on White - Feb. 14, 2012 - Tucson

Hey, what’s all the cold white stuff?

I saw this photo on Facebook and asked Dawn Heinemann if I could post it here.

I was drawn to the greyhound image but what particularly appealed to me was the tentative black greyhound against the white snow scape. The photo almost looks like a painting.

Let it snow and it did in some parts of Tucson on Feb. 14 — this particular photo was taken in Catalina. Look at all that snow! Unpredictable. Brrrr…
