Levi needs a forever home

Levi the dog needs another home. He was living in a trailer and was found/rescued with heat blisters, messed up nails, and poor nutrition. His owner violated parole and was sent to prison. A kind woman named Raychel found him and nursed him back to health. When the owner got out of prison, he wanted to put Levi down but Raychel said no and decided to keep the dog.

The bad news is that she already has five other dogs and the alpha dog doesn’t get along with Levi who is bigger than the alpha, an Australian cattle shepherd mix.

Raychel is looking for a good home, preferably a family who will love him and kindly look after Levi for the rest of his life. He is 10 years old, a great dog, a big cuddle bug weighing around 55 pounds. Please contact her if interested at  619-756-5686.  She lives locally in Oro Valley. Thank you

Looks like a wonderful dog who deserves a loving home after some tough breaks; I hope someone has room for him and calls Raychel.

I have 2 spayed females I adopted from the Tombstone Small Animal Shelter. Nina is a terrier mix, and the smartest, most loving dog I’ve ever had. Maya is an Australian Heeler, a herding dog breed, and was culled by a breeder when he realized she was deaf. The only time you would realize she is deaf is when she’s facing away from you or sleeping, as she won’t respond to noise. And she probably doesn’t realize she’s missing anything, and is a wonderful pet. And the two of them are all I can handle in my house. Good luck, Levi!
