Pima Animal Care Center (PACC) is having Black Friday pet adoption specials.

Friday, Nov. 23 through Sunday, Nov. 25.
Adoption fees for all animals will be $10, which includes microchips, sterilization and vaccination. Licensing for dogs over the age of three months runs $15, so the most an animal will cost is $25.

FYI: It’s a bad idea to surprise someone else with a pet as a gift. Instead, give a gift certificate that will allow your loved one to find their new best friend in their own time.

Rather than being stampeded in a store this Friday, consider scratching a few ears instead. PACC is located at 4000 N. Silverbell Road and is open noon until 7 p.m. every weekday, and from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on weekends.

P.S. The PACC Thanksgiving day walk was a great success! Volunteer Jack Neuman and his wife Cathy for coordinated Thanksgiving for the dogs and cats at PACC! Approximately 60 volunteers showed up and of these , 30 new volunteer applications were completed. filled out. A possible adoption may have happened from the walk as somebody fell in love with Lucky. Fingers crossed! People also donated lots of canned food. PACC would like to thank everyone who came out and walked the dogs.
