Marana good neighbors rescue neglected dog – updateby Karyn Zoldan on Apr. 22, 2013, under Adopt Me! Adopt Me! Adopt Me!, Dogs, Canines, Fun with Fido, Barking Encouraged
Update: Honey Bear is still here and Marlene cannot keep her due to living arrangement. Honey Bear is doing very well and enjoys home life. Please, if you know anyone who might be interested contact email@example.com ASAP.
Some good neighbors in Marana rescued Honey Bear from another neighbor who had neglected the dog and left her outside all the time, winter and summer.
These good neighbors found Honey Bear listless, dehydrated, and without water. The dog’s owner gave up his rights to care for the dog. The neighbors took Honey Bear to the vet who provided fluids and some stomach medications.
Honey Bear has now had a bath and been groomed. She likes being indoors and is house trained. She is eating better and loves to go for walks.
Honey Bear is perhaps around 3 years young and is spayed. She could be part German Shepherd, part Golden Retriever and maybe some Chow.
She might be good with well behaved kids. Honey Bear is a dominate female.
There you have it — Honey Bear needs a good home, the right home where she will be loved and taken care of.
