Greyt Bites: When you dine at fabulous Feast Restaurant on Tuesday, September 17 — 20% of your check will be donated to Southern Arizona Greyhound Adoption (SA Greys).
FEAST is located at 3179 E. Speedway Blvd – 326-9363
The 20% is good for all day from 11 am to 9 pm but you must present this flyer to your server in order for the greyhounds to get the funds. This includes bottles of wine purchased to go too. Tell your friends and co-workers.
Feast Restaurant is locally-owned and has a seasonal menu for all tastes and tolerances — carnivores, vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free choices.
SA Greys transitions retired racing greyhounds into forever homes. Dogs from the South Tucson track and other race tracks are spayed or neutered, receive a teeth cleaning, fecal, heartworm testing/preventative, and microchipped, plus other veterinary services as required. Their greatest expenses are veterinary fees and kennel fees until dogs go into foster care to learn about home life.
Greyhounds are near and dear to my heart. I have lived with, and unconditionally loved, rescued greyhounds since 1998.
Eat. Drink. Feast for the greyhounds on Sept. 17. Please share with your foodie friends.
Lily (pictured) was my first foster failure and my second greyhound. She liked to celebrate her birthday; her favorite color was pink; and she had more accessories than I do. She is famous for chewing stuff. She also used to shred L.A. phone books. She lived joyously to 12 3/4.
