Polly Pie – #752812 – 10 Weeks Old – Domestic Short Hair – Female
Polly Pie is one tough kitten looking for a very special home. Brought to the Humane Society of Southern Arizona as an injured infant, Polly Pie survived blunt trauma to the head, rendering her immobile. She was as limp as a dishrag, but could still knead her paws. HSSA clinic technician Sheri Fiolek fostered Polly Pie and watched her transform within weeks. Although Polly is still a little wobbly and blind in one eye, she is completely pain-free and a typical playful kitten. Polly Pie loves other animals and hopes to find a family that can offer her a fulfilling life and proper care. If you have space in your heart and home for a very deserving special needs kitty, please call (520)321-3704, ext. 140 to learn more about this roly-poly pal.
Benson – #754571 – 9 Years Old – Flat Coated Retriever Mix – Male
Benson doesn’t act his age. Based on his boundless energy and goofy play style, you would never guess that boisterous Benson is actually 9-years old. Benson didn’t plan on being alone in his Golden Years and is really, really hoping to find the perfect home with lots of toys and love. And having a pool would be a dream come true for this wet and wild water dog. Benson also loves visiting dog parks, going for car rides and running laps around the back yard. Because he can be a little rambunctious, the Humane Society recommend that Benson go to a family with older kids. Bring the whole family to the Humane Society of Southern Arizona for an introduction. *Benson has a waived adoption fee through June, so hurry in! Watch Benson’s video.
