Saving these two dogs is beyond urgent…
Chewy is way past her hold time and is now breaking with kennel cough; there is no room in sickbay especially for her to have her own space.
If not rescued, she will be put down July 19 at noon. Click here for information how to adopt Chewy.
At a young 5 years of age, Chewy is a big lady (97 lbs), she could use some weight management and basic training and then promises to be a great dog. She just needs someone to give her an opportunity. Can you be her life coach and guardian angel?
Chewy loves people and is energetic so small kids might not be appropriate as she might accidentally knock them down.
There must be a reason Chewy has waited so many days past her hold time. Like us, she was hoping someone would come.
Buddy cannot be humanely housed in our overcrowded kennels with his current behavior. He’s being neurotic…spinning, chasing his tail, barking and salivating at the walls. He is causing stress in his kennel and amongst the neighboring dogs. He may have a history of this behavior (described as “liking to lick stuff’ and “making holes in the gate”) in a home environment too.
Weighing 54.4 pounds, Buddy has lived in a home with children and other dogs. He was turned him in because they had too many pets. He has a slight cough.
Buddy wants to be your good buddy for life. Buddy’s life will end July 19 at noon if nobody takes him under their wing. Click here for information how to adopt Buddy.
If you don’t know what’s happening at PACC, check this out. They have too many dogs and nowhere for them to go.
If you think you or someone you know can make a difference by fostering a dog until he or she is adopted, come to this free event on July 27. Get some information and meet local animal rescue groups.
