Catavinos Wine Shop – 6th Anniversary Party
2 – 6 pm
Cost: $20 – sample up to 40 new wines, live music
The theme is Gratitude & Benevolence; 20% of the proceeds will be donated to one of four nonprofit organizations/vote at the event (pick one) Pawsitively Cats, El Rio Community Health Center – Homeless Program, Reid Park Zoo, or Ben’s Bells. Owner Yvonne Foucher is grateful for her loyal wine-buying public, the regulars who come to taste wine and bring their friends, and the organizations who host events exposing the store to a wider audience. It’s quite an accomplishment for an independently-owned wine shoppe to compete against the big box wine stores where you need a GPS to find the pinot noir. Foucher recently bought the building so she plans to be there many more years. Come drink wine and vote for a worthwhile charity, feline or otherwise.
Where: CataVinos Wine Shoppe & Tasting Room, 3063 N Alvernon Way, Tucson, Arizona 85712
