		<description><![CDATA[Unless the NCAA makes much needed adjustments in rules, dominant teams in the future will be those with players that are 3 stars not 5. That is, players that will play for most of their eligibility - like Washington.


UofA will be a much different team next year - but without rule changes - it is likely to be the same the year after. I hope that isnt true - but fear it may be.
