The next MBSR classes begin in a few weeks. (MBSR – Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
– is a manualized, evidence-based, 8-week program.) Due to popular demand and the great need, we will be offering 4 classes. Classes on Monday and Wednesday are open and free
to any veterans (and their partners). The Friday class is only for women veterans,
and there is a Thursday class at Comin’ Home which is only for vets living there.
