That forces them and their inept governments to improve their own quality of life, because they WILL be going back someday; and stops making it a false choice of coming here hoping for another amnesty or staying home and living hand to mouth.  So somebody tell the Trojan Horse Republicans that we WILL NOT simply open the borders for all comers, despite her racial politics.
