Oregon lost. That puts Arizona’s fate in its own hands. Run the table and we’re in the Rose Bowl, which I’m assuming we’d prefer rather than some other BCS bowl.
Four more games. At the least we should go 2-2 and finish the season 8-4 and ranked in the top 20. Go 3-1 and we’re 9-3 and ranked in the top 15 and perhaps fleeting with a No. 10 ranking and possibly a BCS bid.
Go 1-3 and we’re begging for a at least fifth in the Pac-10 and hope to make a bowl.
Go 0-4 and no bowl and we all hate Mike Stoops and Jim Livengood again.
This is going to be a lonnng month.

Thanks. Guess I missed it. I sort of remember people asking in the forum if we couldn’t find a walk-on who could boot it.

Bonano is a walk-on from Salinas, Calif. He took over kickoff duties early in the Stanford game a few weeks ago. He’s done a nice job.

Who the heck is John Bonano? And why didn’t they have him do kick offs before? Three touchbacks in a row…pretty solid.
